How often should I use it?
Most people enjoy a 10-minute session 3–5 times a week. Start gently, be consistent and listen to your skin.
How do I charge it?
Use the included cable with any USB adapter. A small red light shows it's charging and turns blue when full. The mask can't be used while it's charging.
How do I switch colors?
Hold the forehead button for 3–5 seconds to turn it on. Each short press changes the color. On the 8th press, the mask cycles through all seven colors automatically.
When will I see results?
Every skin is different and results vary. Consistency matters most: a regular routine over several weeks gives the best experience.
Is it suitable for everyone?
