Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Lunelaco LED mask. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition, with all accessories (charging cable and straps) and, where possible, its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is provided.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lunelaco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For anything else, please return the item and place a new order.
