Shipping Policy

Free shipping

All orders ship free to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to show updates after your order ships.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll help locate it or send a replacement.
